📦 Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.

🚚 Shipping Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S. only). Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to postal delays.

🎯 Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way. You can follow your package every step of the way!

📬 Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can make it right!

I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items once they are out of my hands.  I will send your tumbler to you with a tracking code for us to check on delivery, but I cannot be responsible for USPS time frame or delivery.  Please order on time if the tumbler is a gift.
