STORE POLICY

Good things take time.   Custom tumblers take 2-3 weeks depending on style, time of year, and volume of orders.  I take orders on a first come, first serve basis.  Please plan in advance for Holidays.

PAYMENT IS EXPECTED AT TIME OF ORDER.Please understand that making a tumbler takes preparation, materials' cost, and time.  A 20% restocking fee is charged if by any reason you cancel an order already in progress.
